I work a lot and training most the time at home with my two 45lbl kettle .
My hobby , Brazilian Jiu -jitsu , Judo / I going twice a week if I’m not working over time .

no problem im glad they are being of use- check out the body weight fat loss app too- the moves aren’t just for fat loss but improve overall conditioning for grappling- many of the moves are ginastica type based but at the higher level will also develop explosive power and massively improve mat fitness- thanks again Sam
