As you may know one of my favourite outdoor training tools apart from the kettlebell is the sandbag. If you haven’t heard or seen the benefits of sandbag training you’re missing out! Sandbag training is a great way not only to lean up but develop some really good functional strength gains. Much like the Bulgarian bag the sandbag can be used for a massive variety of moves and of course the weight can be altered with different filler bags so you really can design a comprehensive routine with this one bit of kit.
