I think the trouble is that those with the worst health on a socio-economic standpoint are often the poorest and so will probably never have access to the industries best as it were. Yes much of the information is available now on the internet and other media forms, but with low quality education, bad investment in health care and with whole groups swathes of societies social mobility crippled by the economic situation and other factors health is often the last thing on their mind. I'm looking at starting a network of free information specifically targeted at these groups- not the normal clap trap dished out by the authorities but access to real knowledge and fitness training - i'll be looking to get other trainers involved too.

Commenting on "6-What more do you think could be done to improve the general health and fitness of our society today?"

There are fitness summits held each year and this question was asked...... the answer is that to improve the general health and fitness would be for all the health and fitness professionals to start working together. Like the trainer needs to talk to the therapist and chiro and massage therapist and coach etc. we all need to work together. Each client generally needs all of these professionals to work together to best help the clients health and fitness.

Keep up the good work Steve, your a great example.
